BPC-157 Payment Safety — Secure Online Checkout Guide
Payment methods at BPC-157 vendors compared. Real Peptides offers 10% off via Bank Pay. General rules for safe online peptide checkout.
Purchasing research peptides through the internet cannot be compared to buying footwear from a big-name retailer. Peptides sellers are handled differently by payment services provider, methods of payment can change anytime, and scams can be uncovered right from the point of the checkout. We took a look at the payment methods offered by two BPC-157 companies operating in the USA, figured out what each of them has published via public channels, and created a practical checklist meant for the purpose of making payments safer. All information below is based on data obtained through the vendor’s product pages as of October 2026.
Payment Methods by Vendor
The table shown below illustrates the differences in payment information made available by different suppliers. Due to variations in processor eligibility requirements, peptide vendors frequently change or switch the payment systems they accept. So one should confirm payment methods during checkout to avoid any inconvenience.
| Vendor | Credit Card | Bank Pay | Crypto | Discount for Method |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Real Peptides | Available (appears at Shopify checkout) | Yes (10% discount, stacks with pack pricing) | Appears at Shopify checkout | 10% off via Bank Pay |
| PeptideGod | Shopify checkout (not publicly listed) | Shopify checkout (not publicly listed) | Shopify checkout (not publicly listed) | None publicly disclosed |
Real Peptides openly advertises Bank Pay on its websites. In contrast, other payment options become available at the time of checkout through Shopify. PeptideGod operates a Shopify store, too; however, it does not mention specific payment options on its product pages. This discrepancy makes a difference in how you go about your purchases.
Real Peptides Payment Options
Real Peptides is a more open vendor when it comes to payment information. Their product pages highlight the Bank Pay discount and mention that credit card payment is also available. Below are our findings.
Bank Pay with 10% Discount
Real Peptides provides a discount of 10% on orders made through Bank Pay. It is the only promotional discount available with either of the two sellers tracked so far. The discount is important in its own right, but it becomes even more valuable due to the effect of volume pack pricing.
Here is how the discounts layer:
- 5 vials: 5% pack discount + 10% Bank Pay discount
- 10 vials: 10% pack discount + 10% Bank Pay discount
- 20+ vials: 20% pack discount + 10% Bank Pay discount
On top of that, Real Peptides offers a first-order discount code worth 40% off, which also stacks. If you are placing your first order and using Bank Pay, the combined savings are substantial. For a 10 mg BPC-157 vial listed at $43.20, the Bank Pay discount alone brings it to $38.88, or $3.89 per milligram. Add the first-order code and the per-milligram cost drops well below that. Free shipping kicks in at $250, which further reduces total cost on larger orders.
What Other Methods May Appear at Checkout
Not only does Beyond Bank Pay, but Real Peptides also uses Shopify's hosted checkout for processing orders. Shopify offers various payment options based on how the merchant has set it up, such as Visa and Mastercard. However, the options available for you may depend on several factors including where you live, which bank you use, and whether the merchant has their payment processing in place.
It is impossible to ascertain which exact card brands or alternative payment methods are in operation at any time. Payment processors regularly undertake revisions of what payment methods are accepted by peptide merchants. The ideal strategy is to go ahead with the checkout process and inspect the options that come up way before devising strategies around any one payment method.
PeptideGod Payment Options
PeptideGod adopts a different strategy in providing payment disclosure. Their product pages highlight the product descriptions and prices but do not include information regarding payment options.
Shopify Checkout -- Methods Not Publicly Listed
PeptideGod runs a Shopify shop. Once you click on a product for purchase you will be taken to Shopify's payment processing. PeptideGod does not specify what payment options are accepted, and we couldn't find any page dedicated to payment options on the PeptideGod website.
Typically, Shopify checkouts allow the use of major credit cards, however, the specific methods accessible to the merchant will depend on their processors' agreements and account status. It’s not possible to find out whether PeptideGod accepts different card types, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or bank transfers. The only way to discover what methods are accepted is by proceeding with the checkout process. For more details about one of the items they sell, follow the PeptideGod TB-500 product review.
General Rules for Secure Peptide Payments
No matter which vendor you select, the following tips help lower the chances of fraud, overcharges and disputes associated with payment processing. We use similar procedures in vendor checkout flow analysis.
- Verify HTTPS and the lock icon. Before entering any payment information, confirm that the URL begins with https:// and that your browser displays a lock icon in the address bar. Both PeptideGod and Real Peptides use Shopify's checkout, which is PCI DSS compliant. If a peptide vendor's checkout page does not show HTTPS, close the tab immediately.
- Prefer methods with buyer protection. Credit cards offer stronger chargeback rights than debit cards, wire transfers or most cryptocurrency payments. If something goes wrong with your order, a credit card dispute gives you a formal process to recover your money. Bank Pay through a reputable processor also provides some recourse, though the specifics vary by institution.
- Save your order confirmation email. The moment you complete checkout, an order confirmation should arrive in your inbox. Save it. Screenshot the order summary page as well, capturing the order number, items purchased, total charged and expected shipping timeline. If a dispute arises weeks later, these records are your evidence.
- Review the refund policy before paying. Check the vendor's return and refund policy before you enter payment details, not after. Some peptide vendors accept returns only for damaged or incorrect shipments. Others offer no refunds at all. Knowing the policy in advance helps you decide whether the purchase is worth the risk on that particular vendor.
Use HTTPS and Verify the Lock Icon
This may appear to be a straightforward concept, but it happens to be the most essential security aspect. HTTPS is responsible for safeguarding the data traveling between the website and the customer’s browser by encrypting it which means that the card number and personal details will never be exposed. Shopify checkouts do this automatically; however, for custom checkouts, it is necessary to check HTTPS by oneself. If there is no lock icon or there is a warning from the browser about an unsafe connection, the best piece of advice would be not to continue the transaction.
Prefer Methods with Buyer Protection
Major banking institutions issue credit cards with Automatic Dispute Resolution provision under federal law. In case of an instance where the vendor has charged your credit card but has not shipped your order, or has shipped something considerably different than what was given in the product description, you can initiate a chargeback. The protection afforded to debit card payments is lesser compared to credit card payments. Wire transfers, as well as most cryptocurrency payments offer very limited protections as compared to credit cards.
Save Your Order Confirmation Email
The confirmation of your order acts as a receipt and a shipping reference. It includes the order reference number, a detailed list of items you have bought, the amount charged to your credit card account and the time between the order and fulfillment of delivery. In case something goes wrong with your order or your order is not correct, the confirmation email will be the only piece of proof of order that you possess. It’s wise to make a separate folder for records of peptide orders.
Review the Refund Policy Before Paying
Refund policies for peptide vendors are not standardized. Some vendors offer full refunds for damaged goods. Others provide store credit only. A few state that all sales are final. Reading the policy before checkout lets you make an informed decision about the financial risk. If a vendor hides or omits its refund policy entirely, consider that a red flag. Why Payment Processors Restrict Peptide Merchants
In case you have often thought why the payment webpage of a supplier of peptides looks different than a typical e-commerce business, or why payment methods seem to keep changing, you may be interested in knowing how the payments systems classify and define this area of business.
Mastercard has established the BRAM program, which identifies merchants in sectors that processors classify as risky. Vendors selling peptides are usually included in this category along with vendors of dietary supplements, medicine and other related products. Merchants who are identified by the BRAM program face increased scrutiny, higher bank fees and possible disruption of their accounts.
Visa uses its own particular methods. The Visa Acquirer Monitoring Program (VAMP) specifies certain thresholds of chargeback and fraud ratios that companies should not exceed. In April 2026, Visa updated its VAMP threshold to 1.5%. Merchants getting over 1.5% of chargebacks on their transactions can be penalized or blocked from using their account. For small peptide suppliers processing very few orders, even a small dispute can drive the percentage of chargebacks above that threshold.
Adding to the pressure, the FDA removed 12 peptides from its Category 2 bulk drug substances list in April 2026, creating regulatory uncertainty around which compounds compounding pharmacies can legally produce (FDA bulk drug substances guidance). BPC-157 was already excluded from that list, and the broader shake-up made payment processors even more cautious about onboarding or retaining peptide merchants. The FDA has stated it lacks sufficient information to determine whether BPC-157 is safe for human use (FDA Category 2 substances).
Consequently, we have payment environment subject to constant change. A method of processing payment available today may not be available tomorrow. This does not mean that the vendor is being difficult; it means that the vendor is following processor rules to minimize the risk.
Real Peptides makes three payment-related disclosures: the Bank Pay method, which provides a 10% discount, and the pack pricing schemes. PeptideGod discloses only one, which is that it uses the Shopify checkout system. Neither of the vendors, however, gives a complete list of all of its accepted payment methods, which is typical in this industry due to factors discussed earlier.
FAQ -- BPC-157 Payment Safety
Does Real Peptides accept credit cards?
The orders get processed by Real Peptides on the checkout platform owned by the Shopify platform where credit card options are available. They have credit card fields installed in their checkout process. Nevertheless, the exact card providers that can be accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) may change depending on the agreements made by the merchant's processor. Before making plans with a specific card, be sure to verify at checkout.
Does PeptideGod accept PayPal?
PeptideGod does not display PayPal as an accepted payment method on its product pages. Since the store uses Shopify, PayPal could either be present or absent at checkout depending on how the vendor has set up their account. We cannot definitively ascertain whether PayPal is available at the site or not unless we go through the payment process, and the status can change as per the rules governing the payment processing companies.
Is cryptocurrency accepted for BPC-157 purchases?
The cryptocurrency payment option is not mentioned by both vendors on their product pages. Some Shopify stores use crypto payment gateways, but we cannot determine whether those services are available for any vendor at any time based solely on the information found on their product webpage. If you care about the availability of cryptocurrency as a payment option, go ahead with your checkout process.
What is the safest payment method for peptides?
A credit card from a major issuer offers the strongest buyer protection. Federal chargeback rights give you a formal dispute process if the vendor fails to deliver or ships a product that does not match the description. Bank Pay through established processors provides some protection as well. Avoid wire transfers or any method that offers no recourse if something goes wrong. Can I get a refund if my BPC-157 order has a problem?
The eligibility for a refund is totally reliant on the terms of service stipulations of the vendor. Make sure to check the corresponding pages before making a purchase. Should the vendor deny you a rightful refund, your next alternative is to contact your credit card company to initiate a chargeback. Having copies of the order confirmation, product page screenshots, and pictures of damaged products may help you prove your case. BPC-157 is sold for research use only. It has no FDA approval for human therapeutic use, and the FDA's compounding guidance does not include BPC-157 among approved bulk drug substances. Nothing on this page is financial advice, medical advice or an endorsement of any vendor or payment method.
